If you don't start with objectives, you can't finish with success?
When I first meet potential clients, I always start with a simple question, 'What are your goals?'. This usually illicits considerable surprise from clients expecting questions such as 'Where are you exhibiting', or 'Tell me about your business'. To be fair these are important questions in their own right, but they are procedural
